There’s nothing true horror fans love more than a good zombie film. I’ve personally been going through MAJOR zombie withdrawal, so it came as a huge delight to find out that World War Z 2 is set to be released in 2019.

For those unfamiliar with the The World War Z franchise, the creepy gory flick staring Brad Pitt is based off the best-selling book written by Max Brooks. The story follows a U.N. worker after the outbreak of a nasty zombie virus as he rushes to find a cure, keep his family safe, and save the world.

World War Z had the second biggest opening weekend in U.S. history, and for good reason. This rollercoaster thriller keeps you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end.

No exact release date has been revealed yet, but we’ll keep you posted on it’s progress. Until then, I’ll just enjoy Brad Pitt’s zombie killing escapades in my dreams.
