JimJam Reacts To Spiral (Saw) 2020

A sadistic mastermind unleashes a twisted form of justice in SPIRAL, the terrifying new chapter from the book of SAW.

To start with I haven’t been excited to see a Saw movie in a very long time. But see this trailer has me super excited! The crazy thing is that this is a story by Chris Rock I never thought I’d see him in a Saw movie let alone come up with the story but from what I’ve read he’s a huge fan of the Saw franchise.

To start we see Det. Zeke Banks (Chris Rock) & William Schenk (Max Minghella) in a car and they get a call from dispatch saying officer down. Well, when they get there they see that something fucked up happened there on those train tracks. It looks to me that someone was strapped to a chair on the tracks and as you see if you watched the trailer they didn’t make it off the tracks alive.

Then they come up to a truck with a red spiral spray-painted on it. as Det. Banks opens the door and it cuts away so I was like come on I wanna see what’s in there. But maybe I don’t want to really see what’s in there?! But this is a teaser trailer after all so it’s definitely teasing. Then we see a red Dodge Challenger pull up. I’ll be a Mother Fucker if it isn’t Marcus (Samuel L. Jackson) looking like he’s ready to fuck some shit up! You also get to see the wall with all the spirals on it. Then there is a bunch of what I think is filler and outcomes Samuel L. Jackson asking “You wanna play games Mother Fucker?”

When he said that I got pumped! Then we see Det. Banks chained to a pipe and he then picks up a hack saw. Is this a nod to the first Saw movie? I’m thinking it might!
